This was the first sponge cake i ever attemped,it was a red hot day in july ,i made it in a couple of hours for my brother-in-law, didnt consider the weight of the top tier or the heat, as i only worked with fruit previously it looked fine, then the sag!!!!! started aaarrrgghhh ,i learned a vauble lesson about sponge cakes that day every days a school day lol
