thank you so much....for the cookies why don't u try ginger cookies and for the icing, u can use color flow icing: 3T meringue powder, 4 cups (about 1 lb.) confectioners' sugar 6 tablespoons warm water, mix together...good luck!

Your cookies look brilliant. what sort of cookies and icing is this - doesn't the cookie get soggy with the icing?
