Groom's Baseball Cake
Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting between the layers and frosted in Cream Cheese flavored Butter Cream. The groom was from Canada, so we incorporated a red fondant maple leaf. The laces are red royal icing.

I thought of you immediately when I saw the cake, June. Knew you would love it! Now, if we could put the Canadian baseball beside the Canadian lynx, you could really smile :o)
