Hi Lisa. Thank you for the compliment. You basically ice your cupcakes into any type of flower(s) you want. Place a round ball piece of styrofoam into a vase. It has to fit in snugly or you might need to secure it with adhesives. I used toothpicks inserted at the bottom of the cupcakes and pierced the other end of the toothpicks onto the styrofoam ball so that the cupcakes sit nicely on it. Pretty much like how you'd do a floral arrangement. You'd want to make sure that the size of the styrofoam ball and vase are able to support the final arrangement, of which depends on the size and quantity of your cupcakes. E.g. in this cupcake bouquet, I used an IKEA ceramic vase with a 6" diameter mouth. Perfect for a dozen 3 1/4 oz cupcakes. Hope yours will turn out great. Do share it with us then. Happy baking! :)
