2011 February 19th Eric's 4th Birthday Party 002

this is a strawberry cake with rice krispie treats as the belly, head, legs, and tail. i used gumpaste for the bony plates and spikes on the tail. This particular child who was turning 4 is my nephew and he is very technical with his choices. he HAD to have a stegosaurus and it had to be yellow and brown. I dont have an airbrush, so I hand painted all of this cake as well as the bony plates. added a little grass since he is an Herbivore, he had been eating on the grass, so most is gone :D
this cake traveled for around 9 hours in the car to the home.
