2 part Wedding Cake - guest cakes

200 3 layer mini cakes. 100 were lemon cake with raspberry and lemon fillings. 100 were banana with banana butter cream filling. Sides were left open and tops were piped with butter cream. Lemon cakes had a small full rose and the banana had buds. Roses and leaves were gumpaste.
