1st Christmas Cake !
This was sent to me by the lady i made it for !
The couple said it was the best they had ever tasted,moist too!
Not bad for a first attempt !! It was well worth the sleepless nights !

Thanks Katy,Yes, i did use Les's recipe ! I just didnt put all of it in the tin as i only had either an 8 or 9 " tin. I didnt know what it tasted like as i dont like fruit cake LOL
Have you put any pics on of yours ? Would love to see them ! I think they kept the angel !
