University of Tenn.birthday cake
Cake is 12 inches x 18 inches x 3 inches thick,all Homemade buttercream icing dyed to match theme, torted in buttercream,has edible glitter ,and edible chocolate rocks .The letters are how they use them at that college,and their mascot is a blue tick hound" Ole Smokey".

This is incredible! I wish all of the UT folks around here could see it. They would drive to Texas to get one just like it!
