this is them most recent cake I did, wasn't difficult, but I got to do some poured and pulled sugar, it was nice to get to do something new....

the arch over princess Anna, is a pulled sugar piece, it was so humid it got sticky within an hour, so I covered it with granulated sugar to absorb all the humidity...it worked, then when I made the "ice chards" I did the same thing so they would match.....I did have some snowflakes for the back but they broke, next time I will make them from royal, or white chocolate....but that will be a while

I am not familiar with poured and pulled sugar (haven't a clue), but the cake is lovely.
