Did this one following Pamela Brown's directions, right here on CWB!! Who woulda thought that you could turn cakepops into a very nice bouquet of roses!?! Used fondant so it would be more edible for the kiddies!

Thanks Sandra!  You can probably tell from the angle of the rose on the stick, that I had been messing with it fir a while.  It is leaning kind of off center, like it is getting ready to go..., which it did not!  I ate it before it could. lol

Bonnie, you have the touch when it comes to roses!  I can't believe there is a cake pop in there!  This is great.

Thanks Betty!  Got the idea from Pam Brown, now SHE knows what she is doing.  I have been following her stuff for a while now!  I would never have thought of it on my own. lol

The same cakepop rose before applying the pink petal dust.  It was the only one left, so I experimented with the pink effect!

Nope.  After the pop is dry, ideally I would cut the fondant, wrap on one layer at a time, letting each set up first, but I just cut & applied!  That is part of the reason they are so open.  They just would not stand up, & I had no way to hang them! lol  Now the few that were meant to be buds, fared a lot better! lol    And I had no greenery! lol  But when the board/platform was full, it did look very nice.  But I don't have a pic of that, and they were all gone the next day.

Te cakepop actually made the rose look good, having the wide base.

That looks great.  Must take a long time though.
