This  one is a 12x16x2 dummy cake.  It is iced in b'cream.  The center heart is a fondant covered cupcake.  The arrow is a kabob stick covered in fondant.  I'm not one for cakes w/o boarders but thought this was o.k. without the top border because it shows off the ruffled base border.  This could easily be used for an anniversary or marriage porposal as well as Valentines day.
