White cake with white chocolate mousse & strawberry preserve filling. This is my 1st wedding cake & it was a doozie! The edible pearls took forever to apply, but thankfully stayed put. I'm so proud!

I just got an order for another wedding cake. This time 3 tiers & more intricate work. A friend asked why torture myself again, lol. Its a lil nerve wracking, but over time I'm sure it will get easier.

and so you should be proud....the first wedding is usually the one that decides if you will EVER do it again. I used to get headaches right after delivering, because the stress was unreal. Now it doesnt bother me as much

Thanks! I used royal icing. I was suprised that they stayed cause the drive was a bit bumpy & took about 20 minutes to get there. I was extremely nervous too, but you'll do great!

Great Job! I am doing my first wedding cake tomorrow and am very nervous. How did you get the pearls to stay on? Im not doing them on this one but am in the future. Thanks!
