Dr. Seuss First Birthday
I created this 3 tier Dr. Seuss cake for my son's first birthday. The flavors are marble with chocolate ganache, chocolate with chocolate grand marnier ganache, & pound with white chocolate mousse & fresh blueberries & raspberry puree. All characters are hand made with gumpaste/fondant and hand painted
