The new wilton sprays are awesome. I have also used air brush colors (for food) both work well. Thank you for the compliments.

ooh ok, what would you recommend for a metallic aspect of gold and silver...gold/silver pearl dust from Wilton or spray mist? I would appreciate an answer from you because you seem certified:)Thank you

 I used the Wilton pearl dust. I am a Wilton Instructor here and try to use Wilton products as much as possible. The shells are made of white chocolate using a mold.
