Thanks, everyone. The young lady I made this for is suffering from an illness which is basically causing her body to attack itself. She found out about a month ago that by this time next year she will be using a feeding tube, which was making this years cake that last one she would be able to taste. Her only wish was for a beautiful cake.....she loved it and said her wish came true. Feel so blessed to have been able to help her and her family make such a great memory. The topper is actually a cake dummy that she was able to remove and have as a keepsake. One delivery I will never forget, that's for sure!
