This was my 1st attempt at making the eiffel tower. The smaller 1 is royal iceing, The bigger 1 is half fondant half gumpaste. Both are edible. I strongly suggest you make 2 of each side as i can almost garentee some parts will break mine did. Also i wouldnt transport the tower on the cake. i put the tower on when i got to where it was going lol. ps the smaller 1 i didnt finish the top as i decided to go with the bigger tower.

Great Eiffel Tower!  Yours is straight too - unlike the one I did
