Start with a 11x15 cake.  From that cut a 6 1/2 5 1/2 for the front and a 6 x 5 1/2 for the back.  That will give you the correct sizing for his front and back. The back of the truck is single layer, the front is built up from the rest of the cake.  So all you need is the starting dimensions.  If you decide to make it, just let me know what other questions you have.  I diagram everything out.  lol
