Share 'Fondant covered cake, cream cheese filling ... refrigerate?'

Hi everybody! I have to deliver a cake on Friday to be consumed by Saturday ... it is a fondant covered cake with cream cheese filling, should it be refrigerated? I know that we don't refrigerate fondant cakes, but I'm concern about the filling ... I appreciate your advice!   thanks!!
