    Thank you for the heads up. Of course, I had to go out and buy just about everything when they came out with the new line of gum paste accessories, but it never hurts to have multiples, right? It's so cool to learn some new tips and techniques from the uber-cakers that work at Wilton. :)

    They are always coming out with stuff I just HAVE to buy. I swear, I spend more money at Michaels than I earn! Good thing I have a full time job as well. The concept behind the sugar sheets is a good one, but I think most people have started using the accessories with fondant or gum paste instead of the sugar sheets, although some of the patterned sheets are nice. I am a fondant/gum paste fan myself!

    Sounds like you are a very busy woman! I doubt the sugar sheets will be around very long. From what I hear, the general consensus is that they are too expensive to buy when people don't really like them all that much in the first place. As long as they keep making my Cake Release and Bake Even Strips, then I'll be okay! My faves!
