OMG! I am also a legal assistant and feel the same way you do. Your cakes are beautiful. Mine do not come close to yours. You've made a lot of neat cakes and they all look emmaculate. What fondant do you use. Have you taken any courses privately? Have all those cakes been orders? Do you get to practice a lot? They are all gorgeous. You are definitely a professional. I wish I had more time to practice different techniques.
