I have just joined this site, have spotted the photos of your cakes and think they are wonderful, I have quite a way to go yet before I can create anything like that.

Thank you for your encouragement, I intend to do a lot more practice, I have bought what are called "cake dummies" so i can practice decorating on them, I have the square ones at the moment, but will be buying some round ones soon.  I am also looking at doing some cakes for Valentines Day, and will be putting a poster up at work soon.  I will see what happens.  This community is full of great ideas and there is a lot of talent about.
