    Good to know there's another man playing with eggs flour and fondant !! And a Brit !! Lol Don't put your talent down. You should see some of my early ones , it's taken 9 years and several hundred cakes to get this far , and I'm still learning !!

    Hi Les.  Just thought I'd let you know that the Christmas Cake with your wonderful recipe turned out really great.  I had to trim the top off to flatten it a bit and so of course the trimmings had to be tasted.  Deeelicious!  Hubby says it's the best fruit cake I've ever made.
