    Hey Susan, Thanks for all your help, I did complete my book cake (photo uploaded) which did not come out too bad................I feel like saying " I did it".........though not too happy with my sheet cake which kind of crumbled on me when I took it out of the pan.

    Hi Susan, Have you ever done any piping with cheese frosting? As they say practise makes perfect, I am trying to get my practise in with piping.
