    When you finally get around to the Monet... Make sure you post it on this sight so we can all enjoy it... Also... what about a miniature model of the  Biltmore mansion... of course Notre Dame, Paris France has been over done... but I've never seen a minature model (in cake) of Sacre Coeur, Paris France (the Beautiful white Basilica that sits on the largest/highest hill in Paris overlooking the entire city) It could be really cool... just a thought...
