2 tsp clear vanilla (sub another flavoring for 1 tsp).
Instructions
Beat butter in a large bowl w/mixer on medium speed until creamy.
Beat in marshmallow cream.
When well blended, beat in confectioners' sugar and vanilla.
Increase speed to high and beat 3 to 4 min until fluffy.
My granddaughter can't have dairy, so I use Crisco & add a tsp. butter flavoring, works perfect, might even be part of why it holds up so well. So I use a tsp. each of Vanilla, Almond, & butter flavoring. And I use the Fluff, cheaper. {:o)
I was told that melted marshmallows will not work in this recipe, that you had to use the crème, or Fluff. I think I have a recipe for making your own marshmallow crème. Will look for it.

Hello Mai,
