    Really? I always assumed putting MM fondant in the fridge would cause it to harden and look awful. Thanks for the input! How much cornstarch do you add in ratio to powdered sugar?

    I am a fairly new member to this site, so please excuse if I am just missing an easy thing ... I read in a discussion that you had recommended some of your cupcake recipes and that you said to go to Caribean Cakers to see, I have looked at the discussions there and I am not seeing where you posted those recipes, could you tell me a little more so I can look again.  I am making cupcakes for my nieces shower in two weeks and wanted something good and since your cakes look wonderful, I figured they most taste just as good.  Thanks again.
