Hi Aniko,  I live in California, USA.  I am a pastry chef in a private club.  I have 5 children, 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.  I am almost 66, but I still work full time and don't think I will be retiring anytime soon.  I live with my youngest daughter and her two sons.  We live in Fountain Valley, California.  I was attracted to your photo of the strudels.  They look wonderful.  Do you work in a bakery or restaurant making cakes and pastries.  I would love to hear more from you.
