Hey Janet this is Tamara Walker I am interested in talking with you .  Did you take cake courses to learn to do your cakes because I have not I have self taught most things so I am not sure all things are done perfectly right .  i looked at your photots of your cakes and they were beautiful so maybe we could help each other I am like you I have been doing this for a very long time but I only did it for friends and family members and really didn't challenge myself and now I watch as many cake shows as I can look up on the internet all I can and watch you  tube demonstrations  and thats why I say self taught.  In th4e last two years I have been doing more and more and gotten liscensed a second time  the first time didn't have as many restrictions as they do now.  I would love to learn as much as I could and at some point in time have a partner and become a much larger business thaqts my goal I guess you could say or my dream I am in Winston quite a bit and would love to meet you for lunch sometime if you could do that so we could talk did you also see the September Charlotte event from Angela Barton Have you thought about going to that I think I might would like to go to that too.
