    Hi Lisa! I just used Wilton's Giant Cupcake pan. Fair warning- it was very hard to get the bottom shape of the cupcake to show through the fondant. That is why I applied the stripes. I have heard of others making a mold of the bottom part with candy coating. HTH! -Kara

    Thank you again Lisa, your cakes are amazing. I am going to make this icing recipe today. Where would I find the C & H powder sugar? I have the store brand already but I want to do it right lol. I am going to do a lot of study today so I can learn a little more. On the pastry bags what do you think works best?

    Hi Lisa - love the cake you entered in the contest!! I love that color of teal.  You had two photos for the same cake, but to make sure you get the max number of votes it makes sense to only have one photo per cake.  I featured the one that showed the whole cake and changed the title of the other one slightly so I can tell I looked at it but it's a duplicate.  Thanks!
