Red Ribbon

Thanks Susan, I am baking a grad cake this weekend, I am thinking of making a book cake to layer on top of a
sheet cake, this is my first time. When I cover the cake with fondant for the book do I leave an inch of fondant as the cover for the book and for the open white sides do I run it with a comb for pages? This is what I gathered from all the book cakes that i have seen so far. How about the letters how do u cut it out, I have no fonant letter cutters.............thanks a ton.
