    I have been the baker at The Chocolate Gallery Cafe for almost 12 years, but decorating cakes for just over a year. I never thought I would like decorating cakes until my boss asked me to make one for a customer. NOW I AM HOOKED! How about you?

    We have been wanting to move to the Waterford area for a few years now....we just cant sell our house in Sterling Heights! :( My oldest brother lives behind the airport and my son works at the airport for my brother. We put a lot of miles driving out that way every week! I wish we could live their!
    My Dad has a newer home on the lake that is next to wal-mart in White Lake. I am not sure what the lake is called....I just love the area. :) Maybe someday we can move out that way.
