I had taken all of the Wilton decorating classes and now I am teaching myself through different books. I have been baking and cooking since I was the age of 8. I especially love to bake an ddecorate the cakes and baking of any kind makes me happy. I do all my cakes from scratch.I have a really good marshmallow fondant recipe that I found through cakecentral.com - another cake decorating community.
