Just announced: A three-day sugar flowers class with Ron Ben-Israel in New York City, June 12, 13, 14, 2014. To be held at the fabulous kitchens of the International Culinary Center (founded as The French Culinary Institute) and to include Hyacinth, Freesia, Anemone, Sweet-pea, & Candy tulip, as well as decorating a small cake with these flowers. (see photo below of the flowers to be taught in the class.)
