Polk County Fl, Cake Decorator

I am trying to establish. However, I was shut down even before getting started because I was told that I will not be able to bake, decorate, & sell cakes from my home kitchen. It looks like you guys my be doing it from home. What is the secret and what do I need to know?

I go to a rent kitchen in kissiimmee Fl, yea you cannot work from home I deal everything from the kissiimmee kitchen, they provide with everything you need, of course you need your licencing.

actually, I recently discovered that as of July 1st there is a new lay in place and if your business is not producing more than $15k per year of starting off we can use our own kitchen without the requirements of health or agricultural dept permits. The only requirement is to take a 2 day workshop which is offered to sbdc in tampa. :)
