Hi Shaira and OC,

Hope all is well. Is wilton course for cake decorating will help me a lot for my baking passion? I'm based i Dubai and would like and interested to at tend wilton classes. I have knowledge in bakng but not into details of fondants and other cake decorating. Thanks for yur advice and love to hear from you both.

Hi joy! yes, it will help you a lot. they teach you how to  pipe decorations, make icings, make fondant and gumpaste :)

i don't have a shop we just operate from our house ...we just get orders on facebook and they pick up from our house. my minions are our household helpers...super amateur pa :)

kaaliw naman. at least natututo din sila from you. i bake at home, too. pero mga cookies, cupcakes and some cakes. no fancy cakes yet, but i really want to venture in that eventually. trying to teach myself how to pipe. the other day, i tried to pipe buttercream roses, they ended up looking like mutated flowers. kaloka. haha
