thanks anna! i've seen heny sison's school. i actually did some part-time chef assisting job there back when i was in college.. but that was for the grilling summer workshop.Heny Sison has produced a lot of really good bakers, but it's a bit too pricey for me, but I could dream. lol would you know if dorothy fereria has a website? by the way, your cakes are soooo amazing! :)

thanks shaira she has a facebook account and her website is midlife kitchen.com  if you find someone that teaches here let me know . there was one filipina that came home and did some classes but in bacolod :( did you also try gourdo's they offer wilton courses.  for heny sison i just took the day classes not the professional ones :)

yeah, i contacted gourdo's. for the cake decorating course 1 - i think it costs about 8,500 pesos (kit and ingredients included). cake decorating course 2 - 9,500 and for the 3rd course (fondant and gumpaste)- 10,500. I made an inquiry from a cake shop in angono, rizal. they teach the lambeth method, english nirvana, etc. but it costs around 45 k. hehe if i find someone who can teach here, i'll let you know. :) how long have you been making fondant cakes? :)

one year palang:) lambeth my dream course... who teaches?

there is one student of heny that opened a school in cavite i dont know the prices and how the classes are i just saw it in fm. what  is english nirvana ?

seriously, 1 year pa lang? ang galing! heny sison teaches lambeth... if you've taken the masters course in cake decorating, i think you can enroll in the lambeth's course. english nirvana (i think) refers to the english architectural method.. just not sure if it involves intricate piping. yung sa cake shop that teaches lambeth, Carlo Fuentes teaches. CCA graduate.. His cakes are quite good. I've seen the pictures. CakeWalk bakeshop.
