Hi, Tricia,

Yes, you may use the photo for your promo items. We also have a photo of this cake with us with it if you want that also. The cake was about 3 ft. high and 4 ft. wide.

The clock face (numbers and images) was also an edible photo.

Tricia,

Here's another cake we did for Bev Mo (they had a 2-day grand opening).

The bottle labels and Bev Mo logos were all edible photos.

Yes the cut-n-frost needs to be hooked up to a PC and then you use the Make the cut software to cut your images

i was told to not buy an edible printer because the ink clogs if its not used daily ... is that true ?

No, there is a little maintenance to make sure this does not happen, but we have videos on YouTube showing this maintenance.  You can search www.YouTube.com for "Photofrost01"  and see all of the videos.  If you are only going to print every so often all you need to do is take your cartridges from the machine re-cap and place in ziplock bag.  Clean the printhead as instructed in the video and place in another ziplock bag.  When you are ready to print put the printhead and the cartridges back in run a test pattern and then you are ready to print - really easy and the videos are really helpful

Hi All!   I have a question regarding the colors, when I print with edible ink in the Photofrost pages (specially when use black or blue tones) the color tends to change, why this happens?  I'm very curious because I had to be very careful at the time I print logos that has black or blue color, when I printed these colors after 1 day the just change =(.

BRgds!

this will happen for a few reasons.  1. one of your colors was not fully flowing when you printed the sheets.  They look good when printing and then change as soon as overnight.  Before printing on the icing sheets print a test pattern on paper (you can email sales@photofrost.com) to get one.  Also, keep out of ultra violet light which can make these colors change.  Also clean the printhead if needed you can find the videos for this on Youtube by search "photofrost01"
