Hi,
My name is JJ. My brothers and I own a bakery in Morris County, NJ. I think it is important for small independent operators to stick together and help each other so that we can remain competitive against bigger stores, and so I formed this group.
Anyone who would like may join, but the goal is the benefit of bakers, decorators, and bake shops in the North Jersey area, and the extended benefit to the business in general.
Please feel free to ask me any questions about any of these topics, I am genuinely happy to share my expertise and experience with anyone who is interested.

We do offer classes and one on one instruction.
