Hi everyone, I actually don't live in MI anymore but still am a Michigander at heart, so I hope you dont kick me out :) I have loved baking all my life but only recently started taking lessons. I completed Wilton Course two yesterday

Wow!!! Hi Ladies...it is so nice to see our Michigan group building :)
If I have not had a chance to welcome you yet I apologize.. I've been pretty busy baking up a storm these days..LoL ..I Hope you understand? I 'm thinking that since the group is really growing nicely here, we may want to start thinking about setting up a day to meet up? ...please let me know if you are interested, as well as any suggestions you may have for a meet up :) In the mean time... Hi again ladies,
I'm glad to see there is some interest in getting the Michigan group together..what fun! Please share your thoughts as to what the venue might look like.
examples:
Since there seem to be so much talent in this group a get together of a predetermined interest could be fun.
This could be anything from how to bake something special.
How to make a particular decoration..could be seasonal.
How to make gumpaste flowers, gelatin butter flies and or bows
decorate cup cakes..with specific designs in mind.
or even a theme get together..we choose a theme and everyone brings something..to share ideas.
maybe even talk Anne-Marie into a demo on the cake Cricut...lol.
OK I think you have the idea..let kick some plans around :)

LOVE TOO! Or even if we found out someone was teaching a class on the CC, we could take a class together
