Thanks for your suggestions Kimberly - I like the idea of spiky shin guards. I've just got some silver spray that will do the job I think!

Metria: if you want Thinkgeek cutters, grab 'em fast.  I almost got hosed out of a set I wanted because they don't count it as being purchased until you place the order so mine got nabbed out of my cart while I was getting other stuff.  I got lucky that they came back in later but I missed the current sale at the time.  I was peeved.

Finished the Troll and Fairy adoption cake and I think I managed to hide the troll's broken leg quite well :)

heh, cookies don't last long in front of me.  in the background you'll see what i'm bringing to our Christmas party ... if i don't eat them all first.
