Tina, and everyone would it be okay to make this one the profile picture for the page? I love the single slice with the heart decoration, and the other one with all the chocolate on it is just heavenly!!!!

I feel really honored that you all had some awesome cheesecakes...even you Gretchen! I am glad you had fun with this project and now you are all master cheescake bakers! Tina's picture will be a great cheescake tribute!
Oh Gretchen, I think this picture would be absolutely wonderful!!! I say YES. Are you able to place the whole cheesecake and the slice???? I hope so because both of them are beautiful.

Gretchen, your cheesecake was beautiful it just wasn't completely cooked. Your cheesecake cupcakes are a hit and I need to read all of the posts to see if you responded yet because some of us had questions so we can make them too!!

I think I will only be able to do one of the pictures. I love them both.
I did answer some of the questions. But also if you go to the original project discussion, Karen put some helpful directions on there when I mentioned about making mini size one.

I seem to always do cupcakes with extra batter so I can taste what the cake is I baked. Especially if it is for someone else that I will not be getting a piece.

Thanks guys
Gretchen,
That is a great idea! To make a little one for yourself to taste with extra batter! I will go back to the original discuss. Thank you. I love both pictures too. Which ever one you do use it will be beautiful.

Sher to make them into cupcakes line a muffin tin with muffin liners and press about a tbsp of crust mixture in the bottom of each one. Bake for about 6 minutes or until set. Cool then pour cheesecake batter about 2/3 full. Bake for about 20-30 min or until the center is almost set....cool propping the door open etc....and no removing the cakes Sher...giggles.....until they are cold...once they cool you can take them out of the muffin tin and place them on a platter and back into the fridge to chill completely. They freeze beautifully!
You make me laugh a lot! I have learned and had so much fun with project. This is a lesson I will always remember and will always smile. Even my husband got a kick out of my impatience which resulted into a mistake.

Thanks for the tips to make cheesecake cupcakes! I just want to make everything NOW!!!
