Colorado/Wyoming ICES announces the 2013 Sweet Times in the Rockies Cake Show on February 9th and 10th, 2013 at the Colorado Convention Center in beautiful downtown Denver in conjunction with the Colorado Garden and Home Show. With divisions for adults ranging from Amateur to Master, plus kids' divisions, this show has something for everyone!
The theme this year for the Extravagant Cakes Division is...AVIATION!
Confection Division is...CAKEPOPS!
Tasting Division required ingredients are... Cubeb Berries and Sliced Crystallized Ginger! Tasting ingredients are generously supplied by Denver's Savory Spice Shop. See the Rules and Regulations for details.

Registration is now open! Register by January 25 (tasting by January 4).
Volunteers are also needed! A lot of work by our very dedicated members goes into putting on our ICES cake show every year. Come help us make this show the best ever. You'll get to meet some great people who love cake, and get to talk cake to your heart's content!
