Did the bill go up for a vote today? Is it too late to send emails? If not, send them all. I can do it on Sunday. Work all day tomorrow and Saturday I'll be in class all day...with James Rousell...learning to make lace molds...yay, I'm so excited!

Oops...Roselle, not Rousell :).

Linda it did pass the senate but is waiting to go to the house for voting and I am not sure when that will take place. I do know that session will be out on the 11th so it will be between now and then.

Is anyone in Colorado Springs, Monument, Pueblo, Falcon, Calhan, Ellicott, Canon City, Florence, or other towns in Southern Colorado? If so, are you interested in joining an informal, but organized, group of fellow cake decorating enthusiasts for occasional evenings of working together, chatting, sharing of ideas?

If you're interested, please let me know. You can send me a message here. You can also contact me on facebook (http://facebook.com/linda.cloutier.cs), or you can email me at lindacloutier@rocketmail.com.

I'll look forward to hearing from you!

what an interesting state Colorado is that doesn't allow for cottage industry, I am originally from Ks where cottage industry is welcomed.....

Hi, Edna, check out Mande Gabelson's facebook page https://www.facebook.com/#!/ColoradoCottageLaw . She has been working very hard to get a cottage food law passed in Colorado.

You may also be interested in the upcoming Sweet Times in the Rockies cake show. There's still time to register! You can check it out here https://www.facebook.com/#!/SweetTimesintheRockies .

Call out to Colorado cake decorators! The preliminary planning meeting for the 2013 Sweet Times in the Rockies will be on Sunday, June 10, 2012 at Cake Crafts in Englewood at 9:00 am, right before the CO/WY ICES June DOS

If you think you may be interested in being on the committee, we'd love to have you join us. There's lots of planning, some requiring just a small committment and some requiring more. You don't have to be an ICES member to be on the STITR committee and just attending the meeting DOES NOT constitute a committment on your part. You'll get to meet and spend time with some awesome people and have a lot of fun! You can contact me here or via email (lindacloutier@rocketmail.com).

If you're interested in the DOS you may go to http://www.coices.org for more info.
