Wow a lot of great information. Never thought about making banana fondant. I've made strawberry marshmellow fondant and you are right it taste great! Thanks for sharing and starting this blog. I have been wanting to know others in the Chicagoland area who make cakes. I just consider what I do to be on the level of a hobby. I would like to learn so much more. Thanks again and happy caking. Hello! I live in Antioch, just on the WI border...close enough to Chicago! Have been baking for friends and family forever, and my little hobby has taken on a crazy life of it's own over the last few years. Good to be here~!
