IF YOU NEED SOME PLACE KIDS SAFE USE YOUR OVEN OVERNIGHT AND EARLY IN THE MORNING PUT OVER YOUR FRIDGE ITS WARM ENOUGH TO MANTAIN YOUR FONDANT PIECES IN SHAPE. ALWAYS PUT YOUR PIECES IN WARM PLACES. FOR LAST PUT ALL YOUR PANS AND TOOLS NEAR THE OVEN OR BUY PLASTIC BOXES AND PUT LABELS WITH THE INFORMATION ABOUT ALL THE STUFFS IN THE BOX. I HOPE THIS HELP YOU.

Yes, here in NYC as long as we are properly zoned for in home business, we can fall under the Dept of Agriculture.
The exceptions are, no pets in the house, no commercial kitchens and no selling of goods that will need refrigeration. Once you deal with the items that need refrigeration, you're back in with the commercial guidelines.
