Oh wow you are really good!!! Welcome to the world of caking. Do you make your cakes from scratch or do you use the box? Also do you make your own fondant or do the store bought? Keep going the classes will only make you better. I have always wanted to take classes to make my cake skills better but don't have the money. So for now I just do birthday cakes for my family just to get practice.

I think your cakes look super! I really like the spongebob! I have just started out as well.. it all started with nieces and nephews birthday cakes.. i enjoyed it so much that i just started teaching myself. youtube is a great resource. I now have 4 cake orders for the next week.. i am so excited! i have my first wedding cake in June! Just keep it up.. it is a stress releaver for me.. and a nice break from my other job! talk to you soon.

Hi Crystal, Thank you for your wonderful comments, I make all my cake from scratch and no i do not make my own fondant At least not yet anyway.......
If you have a craft store by you they have the classes really cheap.. Michaels, A.C. Moore etc...
