Ok ladies I have a lot of baking to get done this week and mind you I am doing it from home and in the middle of moving. My dear friend booked her wedding with me months ago and it just happened that our house sold in the mean time and moving is also this weekend, uggggh. So here is the list of things to do. Any input on where you would start and what day maybe today lol.
1 3 tier wedding cake 6''.8'',10'' only the 6 is real cake
7 9x13 cakes for cutting
60 cake pops
60 peanut butter brownies.
I also have another 9x13 birthday cake for the Sat as well for a seperate order that will require modeling chocolate woodland animals.
I feel like I am stuck as to what to do forst without comprimising freshness and I really don't have extra fridge space.

I baked one a week ago and put it on a cake board wrapped in foil then covered it in foil and sealed it tight. Left it on the counter for a week and tried it earlier and it is just as moist today as it was a week ago.
