Wedding cakes $400- notes: cakes are un-covered on the sides and we do not do fondant or frosting.

I think I am the odd one here but...I don't like frosting (gasp!) However, I do think it makes a cake look finished, pretty and, well most people love it! So I did have frosting on my wedding cake!

I have been a wedding planner for about 9 years now and I can see this look being popular with the bride and groom who wanted a minimalist or all natural look, if that makes sense.
