See the Videos label at the top of the page right under the logo? Click on that and then you will see Add Video on the top right corner (same spot were you find Add Discussion in the Discussion section). If it is a video you have on your computer click on the brown link that says Click to Add Videos. If it is a link to a web hosted video, look below that and you will see where to add the web address.
