Very first wedding order...

I just got my very first wedding order... The bride wants 230 cupcakes and a small cake to cut.  Does anyone have instructions on how to construct a cupcake tower?  Any help will be greatly appreciated. :)

You can get the acrylic ones on Ebay very reasonable.
